The simple structure makes it economical and lightweight. It can help to save costs and reduce downtime. The belts have a lightweight single-layer construction and are positively driven by sprockets. Rod Network Conveyor Belts are made of stainless steel wire of spring wire. Wire diameters vary from 0.8 to 3.0 mm. Pitches from 4 mm to 2000 mm, and belt widths from 10 mm to 3 meters, also we can make all the (non-standard) dimensions too.
The Rod Network Conveyor Belts have an open structure (70 – 86 % open) and are frequently used in cooling, baking, drying, heating, decorating, battering and packing machines for light products. The Rod Network Conveyor Belts can be made for straight conveyors and curve conveyors.
